Travis N. Jaynes was born in Nashville Tennessee in 1974 and moved to Texas in 1980. He now lives in Decatur, Texas. He began painting in pastels when he was young when he had some health problems. Painting served as part of his therapy in helping him regain use of his hands. He enjoys painting western scenes, portraits and animals. He currently studies art with Melanie Singleton in Bridgeport. When not painting, he loves riding horses and working at his father's feed store. |
